Throughout my career, during periods of increased stress and anxiety, I turned to yoga and meditation as an outlet. Little did I know how much of a life-line my practice would become. This realization led me down a path of true self discovery through Astrology. Since then, I have completed certifications in Wellness Coaching, Yoga Teacher Training, and Soul Astrology.
